In January 2026 at the start of this year I started publishing my new Ellemental column online for City Voices a media and community-building organization for peers living in recovery.
The full title is Ellemental: Elemental Recovery Topics with a Twist of Humor. I use two LLs in Ellemental to riff on Elle the French word for she. As well Elle is the title of the women’s magazine.
Every month I will give in this blog the links to the Ellemental articles. Today I’m linking to the first three articles in January February and March. Tomorrow I’ll post here the links to the April and May articles.
